We’ll use a variety of relaxing techniques to give you a restorative full body massage. You choose the pressure that will help you best relax your mind and body:

Hot stone therapy

Hot stone therapy is an enjoyable complement to any relaxation massage. Warming the muscles with smooth hot stones has so many benefits:

  • Improving circulation
  • Emotional healing

Hot stones are placed on key areas of the body (usually the back) and used to massage the body. The stones are heated to your comfort and are used with oils.

Calming environment

We’ll set up a warm room with soothing music and dim lighting. You’ll be treated to a relaxation aromatherapy oil blend suited to your needs: anxiety, headache, muscle ease blends and more.

Examples of oils we may include in a relaxation blend include ylang ylang, chamomile, and lavender.
